Responsibilities

You’ll own end-to-end recruiting across product, GTM and leadership roles
You’ll build and deliver a high-velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events
You’ll collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning
You’ll solve complex talent challenges with first-principles thinking and high-speed execution
You’ll drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate DualEntry’s growth
You’ll build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up

Required

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups
Proven track record sourcing and closing top GTM and product talent
Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics
Practical, high-speed recruiting approach with strong ownership
Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems
Hardcore work ethic and high agency
