The Public Utility Commission of Texas is seeking a motivated professional for the role of Administrative Assistant in their Consumer Protection Division. Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years of full-time work experience providing advanced administrative support to management or professional staff, including experience coordinating records, data, or administrative processes
HS Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of four (4) years of full-time work experience providing advanced administrative support to management or professional staff, including experience coordinating records, data, or administrative processes
Preferred
Experience performing administrative support work with a Texas state government agency or other government or public sector organization
Experience coordinating or supporting responses to the Public Information Action (PIA) or open records requests
Experience managing records, data, or administrative processes in a regulated or public-facing environment
