In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the software development lifecycle, collaborating with architects and developers to translate designs into functional requirements, and leading technical planning and project management efforts.

Responsibilities
Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and deliver
Serve as a technical lead and mentor. Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service
Collaborate on the design and development of the appropriate solution with client lead and/or project Architect
Ensure implementation, and deployment is done following best practices and client standards
Engage in the process of developing technical documentation efforts and creation of user stories
Conduct code audits and reviews as required
Develop unit testing of code components per the user story
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients
Participate in the creation of the WBS and backlog per sprint and assist PM in project planning
Independently manage assigned tasks
Attend sprint planning, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups and report technical blockers to the project lead
Qualification
Required
Passionate coder with 8+ years of enterprise software development experience
Proficient expertise in C# and .NET technologies
Well versed in various AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EKS, Glue, Elasticsearch, and EMR
Experience with Angular and modern front-end frameworks
Skilled in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions
Practical experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
Solid understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills; adept at root cause analysis using logs and diagnostics
Excellent communication and consulting skills; effective with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experienced in working with and leading globally distributed teams
Proficient in agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Flexible and adaptable; thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Recognized as a future technology leader with a drive for continuous growth and innovation
Strong foundation in computer science: data structures, algorithms, and software design
Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Client-facing and consulting experience highly valued
