Responsibilities
Designing and producing creative assets across digital, social, print, OOH, and internal materials
Executing layouts, typography, and visual systems that align with brand standards
Preparing production-ready files with proper specs, formats, and version control
Collaborating with creative leadership to refine concepts and executions
Supporting campaigns from concept through final delivery
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Applying feedback accurately and efficiently without ego
Ensuring consistency across all creative deliverables
Maintaining organized files, naming conventions, and project documentation
Supporting photo, video, and motion graphics teams as needed
Upholding IMG’s quality standards so nothing leaves the building unfinished or sloppy
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Experience designing for both digital and print environments
Solid understanding of production standards and file preparation
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong attention to detail and layout accuracy
Preferred
2 to 5 years of graphic design experience preferred
Agency or fast-paced in-house experience is a plus
