They are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to create, update, and maintain daily therapy schedules for clients, ensuring alignment with individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Creates maintain daily schedules for all clients

Ensure scheduling aligns with each client's assigned program

Collaborates with the treatment team to create the best structure for residents

Works with the administrator and program director on therapist schedules

Adjusts schedules with needed changes and communicates changes to clients and staff

Assist with problem-solving and scheduling conflicts as they arise

Maintain accurate records of scheduled services and sessions

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Current, valid California Driver License with a good driving record

Must fulfill pre-employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record check), drug screening, and reference checks
