Lead IT Support Professional
Saab, Inc. is seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining a robust knowledge base, optimizing support workflows, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Supporting divisional IT initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects on time and within budget
Deploying, configuring, and supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Intune, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Defender
Monitoring and troubleshooting endpoint performance and security issues to ensure reliable and secure operations
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance collaboration and overall user experience
Providing training and support to end users and IT staff on Microsoft 365 tools and best practices
Delivering responsive technical support via phone, ticketing systems, and deskside assistance while meeting established service level targets
Maintaining accurate asset inventories and ensuring compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, CMMC, and NIST
Staying current with evolving IT technologies through continuous learning and professional development
Participate in an on-call rotation and support occasional overnight travel (up to 10% per year)
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree (information technology, computer science, or a related field) with 10+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
3+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, within a GCC High environment
7+ years of experience providing technical support, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows client operating systems
Strong understanding of networking and security concepts, including DNS, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), conditional access, certificates, firewalls, proxies, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and identity and access management (IAM)
Familiarity with Windows Autopilot, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, and mobile device management and mobile application management policies
Demonstrated ability to manage moderate-scale technical projects from planning through execution
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives
Must be a U.S. citizen. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
