Responsibilities
Recording, gathering, and analyzing information from multiple sources to ensure data quality for reporting and accountability
Using systems including PRISM, FPDS-NG, OPTIC, and ECFS to support data needs
Developing and maintaining complex MS Excel spreadsheets and tracking tools to monitor productivity and meet contractual deadlines
Generating leadership reports, high-impact charts, and performance dashboards to improve portfolio oversight
Managing enterprise mail groups and granting/removing access to channels in programs such as Microsoft Teams
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor's Degree required
At least five (5) years of documented experience in Data Management or Data Analyst positions
In lieu of a degree: 12 years of total experience in the data management sector
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically crafting and running Excel scripts and codes to validate data accuracy
Public Trust clearance
100% On-site in Washington, DC
