Efficient team-work management
Fertilizer sales and support
You will work with farmers, ranchers and producers to promote the proper use of plant food by making on-the-farm sales presentations
The ideal candidate will have a strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to formulate fertilizer applications
Provide technical support on fields
Industry trade shows and meetings
Completion and submission of application reports
Follow-up and prospective visits to clients (reports of those visits)
Qualification
Required
Ability to work independently without supervision but also work as part of a team
Farming or Agriculture background
2+ Years of Agronomy experience with a high level of sales proficiency
Good understanding of regional crops and fertilizer application methods
Bilingual English / Spanish (mandatory)
Preferred
Ag Degree preferred. (but not necessarily)
Solid network at Glades, Hendry, Martin, Palm-Beach, Hillsborough, Apopka, Orange, and Miami Dade Counties among others
Added value product (Biostimulants- Micronutrients- Organic Fertilizer-) Knowledge is a plus
