Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of the financial statements
Be a key member helping out with the month, quarter, and year-end close process
Help with journal entries, the GL, reconciliations, etc
Bridge the gap between accounting and finance in helping with some budgeting and forecasting
Be a resource for audit inquiries
Analyze high risk accounts on the balance sheet and income statement to recommend any better methods
Have an analytical mindset and help out with process improvement initiatives
Respond to department requests and special projects as they arise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business from top tier school
8 – 13 years of relevant experience in the accounting, finance, or business
