Implementation Strategist
True Rx Health Strategists is seeking an Implementation Strategist to support their team in creating seamless prescription plan setups for clients. The role involves client onboarding, coordination with internal teams and vendors, quality assurance tasks, and client engagement through training sessions.

Responsibilities
Gather and organize crucial data for client implementations, prepare client communication materials (like enrollment packets and member ID cards), and assist in troubleshooting and testing client prescription benefit plans
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely receipt of required information, track client onboarding progress, and communicate updates to the Implementation Specialist and management
Assist in inspecting prescription benefit plans to ensure they meet our high standards, track discrepancies, and support ongoing quality reviews and documentation
Help organize training sessions and workshops for clients on their benefit plans, ensuring they are set up for success
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for collaborative teamwork
A knack for organization and attention to detail – you'll be handling important client information and tracking progress across multiple tasks
A self-starter with the ability to work independently, but also adapt and pitch in wherever needed
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new tools
A desire to grow in the healthcare implementation field and contribute to the success of clients and internal teams
Preferred
ServiceNow experience is a plus
