Providing administrative leadership, supervision and oversight to various Departments and Units including Pastoral Care, Special Projects/Events Services, and Interpreter Services
Serving as Compliance Officer for the Operations Division, inspecting, reviewing, and producing reports on compliance of departments, units, or sections of the division
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of experience in personnel, budgeting, research or administrative management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Working knowledge of the principles and practices of business administration, preferably as applied to government programs
Working knowledge concerning procurement, fiscal, personnel, and administrative management practices, as well as accounting practices and procedures
Ability to plan, assign, supervise, and evaluate the work of subordinate employees
Ability to work cohesively with others in solving complex management problems and make sound decisions
Excellent computer skills covering a range of application software including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
