Riggs Cat is seeking a Rental Production Manager to support the Rental Department in achieving profitability goals. The role involves collaborating with the rental sales team, managing deals from quote to invoicing, and ensuring performance standards are met.

Responsibilities

Work with rental sales team to meet and exceed rental goals

Maintain knowledge of current marketing programs and initiatives, current inventory availability, and current financial incentives to customers

Manage each deal from quote submission through agreement creation and invoicing

Assist salesmen in selection and configuration of machine that’s available

Accurately quote allied machine configurations for salesmen presentation to customers

Generate allied equipment sale invoices for quotes that are converted to sales

Provide frequent updates to sales management team to ensure all quotes, deals, and bids are accurate and accounted for

Collaborate with all sales and service channels to ensure all areas can win in the market

Ensure performance standards are met within the team and Riggs

Manage Re-Rent process from finding the equipment to handling the agreement and invoicing

Provide secondary support for CRM and quoting software

Promote and develop positive relationships within the organization and customer base
