Responsibilities
Process consumer loan applications quickly and accurately
Gather, verify, and track borrower documentation
Review applications for completeness and compliance
Prepare disclosures and maintain clean, audit-ready loan files
Communicate with internal and external partners to keep files moving
Provide timely updates and resolve outstanding items
Deliver a friendly, community-focused customer experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Strong attention to detail & excellent organization
Friendly communicator with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Comfortable with computers, MS Office, and learning new systems
Reliable, consistent, solution-oriented attitude
Preferred
degree or lending knowledge
Prior loan processing/banking experience
