Provide a variety of technical support tasks for the most difficult and complex technical duties

Initial taxpayer contact on selected delinquencies

Compiling & evaluating registration data

Data cross referencing

Corresponding with taxpayers

Reviews and examines data

Generates basic reports for managers and compliance outreach representatives under the Statewide Compliance & Outreach Program (SCOP)
