Director Employer Sales

The Director of Employer Sales is responsible for building relationships, managing sales opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive complex sales strategies.

Responsibilities
Identify / qualify strategic sales opportunities
Ability to build and manage your territory independently
Leverage and build key relationships with decision makers in a complex, consultative sale
Building a pipeline of Vori Health products for large employers
Build relationships with the consultant and broker community in your territory
Accountable for achieving sales and performance goals
Create complex sales plans collaboratively both with clients and internal resources
Act as a SME with internal partners for sales strategy, product, clinical and billing development
Manage the proposal process, including RFP responses, modeling, and negotiation
Actively participate and lead internal sales strategy meetings
Lead outward vision in trade shows, events, etc
Perform other projects and duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven experience
"Want the ball" attitude with a sense of urgency
Love being in front of clients
Are naturally curious - learn by asking questions
Laser focused on discovery in the sales process
Maniacal in responsiveness and follow up
Understand the interaction of payers, employers, providers, facilities, and patient experience in healthcare
Approach new challenges with an open mind
Build consensus with/between internal and external partners
Understand the complex sale process
Willing to travel up to 20%
Appreciate DE&I and understand why this is so important
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to work in the US
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
