Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional teams, and plan/organize/execute complex projects/programs across multiple organizations (Operations, Tech, Finance, Third Party Vendors, etc.) to enable the launch of new products and processes
Partner with key functional stakeholders across the company to lead, support, and influence new business initiatives
Build strong partnerships with operational leaders to identify the impact of new business initiatives
Innovate to improve project scope/execution to improve customer outcomes and decrease the end-to-end supply chain cost
Escalate risks in the project plan to the relevant owners and teams
Navigate through ambiguity
Manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, accepting ownership and accountability of the cross-functional processes, and delivering on commitments
Track end-to-end project status and incorporate new metrics to transition the project to the normal operations
Own the planning, organization, and execution of complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders, including development of Program Management Office (PMO) processes
Own multiple business narrative reports, simultaneously
Create and build new tools and processes with both tech and non tech resources
Potential to travel 15% per year

Required

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred

Master's degree
5+ years of driving process improvements experience
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
PMP certificate
