Responsibilities

Communicate clear expectations to achieve all brand, performance, and behavior standards

Conduct regular quarterly visits and weekly conference calls for each location

Collaborate with District Manager(s) to effectively manage employee turnover and retention. Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, assist in development and succession planning of team members

Identify areas of opportunity on monthly, weekly, and daily reports and implement plans to correct any issues and improve performance

Recognize and resolve customer feedback by determining optimal solutions in a timely manner

Responsible for protecting company assets with various audit processes and ensure that all cash handling and Love’s policies and procedures are being followed by all employees

Required

2+ years in a district restaurant management position required

2+ years deciphering and impacting budgets and P&L statements

2+ years leading through influence in a multi-unit setting

A valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle check

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus

Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail

Effective teamwork skills

Physical Demands: Regular talking and hearing. Active involvement requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Occasional lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required
