Epic Prelude Certification, Epic RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) Certification and Waystar experience required

Serve as an Epic Prelude Analyst responsible for patient access workflows, including registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-end revenue cycle processes

Lead and support build, configuration, testing, and optimization within Epic Prelude, ensuring alignment with operational and compliance requirements

Partner with clinical, revenue cycle, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement workflow improvements

Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and go-live support, including integrated testing and end-user support
