Responsibilities

Source, identify, and engage prospective candidates for current and future Staff Appraiser roles (cold calling required)

Screen resumes, conduct outreach calls, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers

Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience

Extend verbal offers and issue offer letters

Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking in our Paycor Recruiting ATS

Track and report recruiting metrics, including offer acceptance rates

Build and manage pipelines for high-demand markets

Provide consistent status updates and progress reports to the HR team

Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally with all stakeholders

Perform additional recruiting-related tasks as needed
