Responsibilities

Ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable data and third-party reporting

Auditing and confirming census, revenue, expense, and cash receipts source documentation to ensure accuracy of AR data recorded for billing, month end processing and internal management business decisions

Maintaining the internal rate structure and responding to third-party reporting/audit inquiries

Required

Minimum two (2) years' experience in a Healthcare/SNF/Hospital/Clinic setting managing/auditing third party receivables, admissions, and revenue reconciliation

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and PDF-XChange and Outlook applications

Must possess extensive knowledge and understanding of Medicare, Medi-Cal, Private Insurance and Managed Care accounts receivable management and healthcare business office systems
