Lead, Manage, Accountability
Manage and nurture client relationships
Ensure extraordinary experiences for and delivery of care to clients
Onboard new clients
Increase service hours for assigned clients
Assess client needs and develop custom care plans, then visit regularly to ensure success
Ensure proper client and caregiver matching and scheduling
Coordinate client care with other providers and community partners
Hire, onboard, train, supervise and support a team of professional caregivers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Willingness to spend at least 45-50 hours per week working, learning and hitting performance numbers consistently
Experience working with aging adults
Experience leading a team of professional caregivers
Ability to lead, manage, and hold accountability
Ability to manage and nurture client relationships
Ability to ensure extraordinary experiences for and delivery of care to clients
Ability to onboard new clients
Ability to increase service hours for assigned clients
Ability to assess client needs and develop custom care plans
Ability to ensure proper client and caregiver matching and scheduling
Ability to coordinate client care with other providers and community partners
Ability to hire, onboard, train, supervise and support a team of professional caregivers
Availability for some after hours and weekend work
Ability to share responsibility for on-call support to clients and caregivers on a rotational basis
