Responsibilities
Triage and manage customer feedback to inform product strategy, roadmap decisions and prioritization
Partner with Design and Product Management leadership to define and track PM metrics, project health and operational reporting
Support prioritization frameworks and Product Development Lifecycle practices, extending and reinforcing existing operating models as the organization scales
Support the design and facilitation of Design and PM craft growth initiatives, including workshops and programs focused on PM health, effectiveness and continuous improvement
Enable and optimize tools and workflows to improve team efficiency and visibility
Contribute to the creation, documentation, and implementation of standardized Design and Product Operations processes across the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify, unblock and resolve operational challenges
Provide backup support for key Design and Product operations meetings, including facilitation and coordination when needed
Contribute to and evolve the Productboard maturity program, including cleaning up existing structures, creating a more strategic taxonomy and establishing supporting processes, documentation and assets
Educate teams on Productboard best practices while promoting, monitoring and reinforcing consistent usage
Qualification
Required
Requires a minimum of 3 years of related or equivalent experience; or 2+ years with an advanced degree
Experience supporting challenging org-wide initiatives that require a high degree of critical thinking
A developing ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to evolving systems and processes
Emerging experience critiquing, improving and implementing product or operational workflows
Preferred
Analytical background preferred, with comfort using data to inform decisions and measure impact
