They are seeking an experienced Underground Utilities Superintendent to lead field execution on a multi-year program, ensuring the successful implementation of underground scopes critical to AI facility operations.

Responsibilities

Lead field execution of underground utilities and civil scopes
Coordinate civil, utility, and specialty subcontractors
Manage sequencing to support vertical construction milestones
Enforce excavation and underground safety standards
Ensure quality control, testing, and documentation
Coordinate with Project Management and Survey teams

Qualification

Underground utilities experienceCivil construction experienceExcavation safety knowledgeScheduling skillsSubcontractor leadership

Required

7+ years of superintendent experience in underground utilities or civil construction
Strong understanding of excavation safety and utility coordination
Proven scheduling and subcontractor leadership skills
Willingness to commit to long-term work in West Texas

Preferred

Experience on large industrial or campus-style projects preferred
