Senior Administrative Assistant

Expanding Horizons is a fast-growing company specializing in leisure group and corporate incentive travel worldwide. They are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and assist with travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

Handle multiple projects
Answer and direct phone calls
Provide polite and professional communications
Reply to email, telephone and face to face inquiries
Implement assigned clerical duties and administrative processes
Strong data entry, auditing and follow up skills
Directly communicate with group travel participants via email and phone
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Prepare and monitor invoices and confirmation letters
Assisting with the assembly of document packets: including copying, printing, assembly, and mail preparation
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeData entryGeography knowledgeOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

Competent and punctual candidate
Strong organizational skills
Working knowledge of both USA and world geography
Expertise in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Desire to grow in knowledge and skills
Ability to communicate via phone and email to complete administrative duties accurately, with quality, and within required timeframes
Ability to handle multiple projects
Ability to provide polite and professional communications
Ability to reply to email, telephone and face to face inquiries
