Responsibilities

Develop proactive and reactive communication plans around business milestones, leadership updates, and organizational priorities

Create clear, digestible messaging that translates leadership vision into actionable information for employees

Establish consistent communication channels and rhythms (e.g., newsletters, intranet updates, video messages, manager toolkits)

Partner with HR to anticipate and address employee concerns, ensuring employees feel invested and connected to the mission

Identify and pursue earned media opportunities, including interviews and partnerships with industry leaders

Collaborate with the Social Media team to amplify thought leadership and brand presence

Manage media relations, social presence, and community engagement to position NADG as a trusted industry leader

Connect day-to-day work with broader strategies, values, and culture through effective communication

Build confidence in leadership decisions and deepen organizational alignment by explaining the “why” behind business priorities

Define and track KPIs for internal communication (e.g., pulse survey scores, engagement metrics) and external visibility (e.g., media mentions, social engagement, share of voice)

Leverage new media channels (podcasts, digital newsletters) to drive engagement and reputation goals
