Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for designated business software solutions

Assist with implementing and maintaining contact center software

Gather and analyze requirements for contact center systems

Coordinate testing and communication with business units

Document procedures, processes, and system configurations

Create job aids and training materials for contact center platforms

Analyze data trends and recommend improvements based on insights

Support testing, training, and documentation during implementations

Required

Experience with contact centers

0–2 years of relevant IT or support experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Knowledge of creating APIs and integrations with ServiceNow and Salesforce

Experience with telecommunications voice and data circuits

Familiarity with virtual agent creation and maintenance
