Collaborate with Project Managers on client communication and coordination
Develop site plans for healthcare-related land development projects
Assist project teams in securing civil and environmental permits
Prepare construction documents and engineering calculations
Coordinate with municipal review agencies to obtain permit approvals
Participate in project design meetings, client meetings, and charrette sessions
Collaborate with landscape architecture teams on amenity and site features
Support and oversee construction administration activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
5+ years of land development experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Strong client-service orientation
Team-focused, collaborative mindset
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
