Bank Reconciliation Clerk
SSA Holdings is looking for a talented Bank Reconciliation Clerk to join their team. The role involves daily reconciliation of financial transactions and communication with various units to resolve discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial reporting and vendor compliance.

Responsibilities
Daily reconciliation of cash, check and credit card receipts
Communicates with different units to resolve cash discrepancies
Compiles detailed requirements for Merchant Billing Disputes resolution
Perform monthly closing duties as assigned
Research and investigate inquiries presented by our teams in the field
Assist in helping set up new vendors and keeping vendor record in compliance with company standards
Research and dispute chargebacks as needed
Performs other administrative duties and/or special projects as required
Qualification
Required
High school or equivalent
Intermediate knowledge of Office365, Word, Excel, and Outlook
One – two years of accounting support experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven experience with coordination of multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working productively and efficiently under pressure
Efficiency: Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort
Proactivity: Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
Flexibility/Adaptability: Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change
Teamwork: Reaches out to peers and cooperates with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, a plus
