Responsibilities
Manage a full workers’ compensation caseload and represent clients across all phases of litigation, including:
Hearings, depositions, mediations, and motion practice
Legal research, analysis, and drafting of pleadings and briefs
Direct client interaction and relationship management
Collaboration with senior attorneys on complex matters
Qualification
Required
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active Pennsylvania bar license in good standing
7+ years of direct PA Workers' Compensation experience
Proven ability to independently handle the full WC litigation lifecycle
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Preferred
10+ years of direct PA Workers' Compensation experience
