Responsibilities
Ensure all contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements are met
Maintain accurate files, records, and documentation
Prepare reports, schedules, agendas, and correspondence
Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
Schedule appointments and meetings for management
Submit payroll accurately and in a timely manner
Support general administrative and clerical functions as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); basic computer and data entry skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a professional, team-oriented mindset
Preferred
1-2 years of administrative, office, or clerical experience preferred
