Business Growth Development Specialist

Responsibilities

Drive growth by increasing patient referrals and attracting qualified applicants to Premier Pediatric Therapy
Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with regional referral partners, including physicians, community care providers, hospitals, and managed care organizations
Conduct consistent and meaningful sales calls targeting new and current customers within assigned markets
Formulate an operational plan for assigned markets with the director
Support programs aligned with Premier Pediatric Therapy's purpose/mission and integrated with the organization's strategic plan and operational goals
Work collaboratively with other leaders within and across the organization to achieve quality, satisfaction, and financial goals

Qualification

Required

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing is required
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-lasting partnerships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to travel within the designated territory

Preferred

Healthcare sector experience is preferred
