Sales & Marketing Associate
Bright AV is a full-service AV Production Company dedicated to creating high-level event experiences. The Sales & Marketing Associate will support revenue growth and brand visibility by managing proposals, maintaining CRM data, and executing marketing initiatives in collaboration with the sales team.
Responsibilities
Partner with the sales team to develop, build, and format accurate, compelling client proposals and presentations using tools such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, and PandaDoc
Ensure all proposals align with client needs, approved pricing guidelines, and Bright AV capabilities
Own and maintain proposal templates, ensuring they reflect current offerings, best practices, and brand standards
Coordinate proposal execution for key accounts, RFPs, and new business opportunities
Support business development outreach efforts
Maintain CRM data hygiene, ensuring contacts, organizations, and deal data remain accurate and current on a monthly and quarterly basis
Assist with CRM reporting, dashboards, and pipeline visibility for the sales team
Partner with the Director of Sales & Marketing to reinforce CRM best practices and ensure the CRM remains a reliable source of truth
Ensure inbound leads are tracked, assigned and responded to in a timely manner
Support the execution of marketing initiatives under the direction of the Director of Sales & Marketing
Assist with email campaigns, social media scheduling, newsletters, and industry event support
Coordinate and manage photo and video capture at client events for marketing purposes, including shot list creation and on-site direction
Help coordinate and organize marketing assets, collateral, case studies, and content libraries
Track basic marketing metrics and assist with reporting across email, website, and social platforms
Support the development of thought leadership content, including:
Blog articles
LinkedIn posts
Social captions and short-form content
Assist with drafting, editing, formatting, and scheduling content
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (sales, production, creative) to turn insights into publishable content
Help maintain a consistent voice and brand presence across platforms
Develop and update sales collateral, one-pagers, presentations, and client-facing resources
Ensure all materials align with Bright AV’s brand standards, messaging, and creative positioning
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and service offerings to support sales conversations
Qualification
Required
Based in Mexico or Colombia
5+ years of experience in sales coordination, marketing coordination, or a related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with a love for organization and process
Experience working in a CRM (Pipedrive preferred)
Comfort with Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and proposal tools
Comfort with WordPress, Mailchimp, and social media channels such as Instagram and LinkedIn
Interest in writing, storytelling, or content creation (blog, social, or editorial)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Experience in AV, events, production, or creative services is a plus, but not required
