Responsibilities

Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance and mentorship
Develop comprehensive test plans, write test cases/scripts, and estimate test effort
Prepare test schedules for all phases and ensure timely execution
Perform technical analysis and troubleshoot issues in highly complex architectural environments
Execute API testing using tools like Postman, Soap, and Swagger
Utilize MF ALM/Octane or other test management tools for planning and reporting
Drive automation initiatives using TOSCA and other relevant tools
Ensure complete understanding and adherence to the Software Bug Life Cycle
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with project timelines

Required

8+ years of diversified software QA/Test Analyst experience
Telecom Domain experience in Provisioning/Activation Layer (OSS) is required
Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in MF ALM/Octane or similar test management tools
Hands-on experience in API Testing (Postman/Soap/Swagger)
Experience with TOSCA test automation tool
In-depth knowledge of Software Testing and Quality Assurance principles
Complete understanding of Software Bug Life Cycle
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage time, multi-task, and meet deadlines in demanding environments
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Preferred

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
