Responsibilities

Providing day-to-day technical support to employees for workplace information and communications technology systems, including Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the Office Suite

Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, workstations, and limited network and system issues within a heterogeneous environment

Maintaining data integrity and file system security, including managing permissions and access within Microsoft 365

Communicating highly technical information effectively to both technical and nontechnical personnel

Recommending and specifying appropriate hardware and software solutions, including Microsoft 365 productivity tools

Participating in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects

Conducting training programs designed to educate computer users on basic and specialized applications

Participate in an on-call rotation and support occasional overnight travel (up to 10% per year)
