Responsibilities
Design and deploy new platforms and enhancements to existing infrastructure, software, and operating systems
Resolve complex hardware and software malfunctions
Review technical requirements, establish project milestones and tasks and determine level of effort estimates for their completion
Deploy and maintain Unix and Microsoft Servers, Storage Arrays, VMWare infrastructure and related technologies
Troubleshoot and repair complex computer system issues for Servers, Active Directory, VMWare, application services and end-user issues while working within an enterprise environment
Develop and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the organization’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records
Implement solutions and test performance, capacity and prepare and deliver performance statistics and reports
Respond to emergency system outages in accordance with business continuity and disaster recovery plans, assisting other departments as required
Qualification
Required
5+ year's demonstrable experience in the design, implementation, and support of infrastructure systems, applications, and related technologies
Ability to obtain a Class III A gaming license
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (Preferred in Engineering, IS or Technical Degree)
Master's degree is a plus!
