PM Front Office Manager
Hampton by Hilton is seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their hotel’s front desk and guest services. The role involves ensuring smooth front desk operations, guest satisfaction, and efficient team management within a vibrant resort environment.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries
Manage guest relations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to maintain excellent service standards
Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by providing exceptional guest services and support
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
Implement hotel policies and procedures related to guest services and safety protocols
Monitor occupancy levels and assist in managing room allocations efficiently
Qualification
Required
Hospitality experience is required
Must have availability to work on weekends
Preferred
Proven experience in management or supervisory role within a hospitality setting is preferred
Hotel operations experience is preferred
Bilingual or multilingual skills is a plus, not required
