They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project execution on a long-term, mission-critical program at the forefront of AI-driven construction.

Responsibilities

Lead overall project scope, budget, schedule, and contract administration
Manage procurement, subcontractor buyout, and change management
Partner with Superintendents to align field execution with project goals
Drive forecasting, reporting, and risk mitigation
Interface directly with owners, designers, and executive leadership

Qualification

Financial ManagementContract AdministrationProject ManagementData Center ExperienceRisk MitigationCollaboration

Required

8+ years of experience managing large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
Strong financial and contractual management skills
Willingness to commit to a long-term West Texas assignment

Preferred

Data center or advanced manufacturing experience preferred
