New Grad, Entry LevelEast Side Union High School District is one of California’s largest high school districts, and they are seeking a skilled and passionate composer/arranger to write music for their Marching Band and/or Winter Percussion programs. The role involves design, rehearsal preparation, instruction, and performance support, contributing to a high-quality production for a diverse student body.

Responsibilities
Designer of the music for the season specific production
Attend and assist director at rehearsals as scheduled with the director
Attend performances as scheduled with the director
Stay advised as to the director's goals and agendas as to the timelines/deadlines for materials to be produced and/or learned by the students
Foster student creativity, discipline, and teamwork in a culturally responsive and inclusive environment
Qualification
Required
Experience with music composition, transcription and/or arranging for Marching Band and/or Winter Percussion
Experience teaching high school-aged students
Experience teaching small and large group instruction
Must complete Edjoin online application, and submit Resume and Letters of Recommendation/Reference
Selected candidates must pass fingerprint clearance and provide current TB test results PRIOR to employment
