Responsibilities

Own the development of credit policies, procedures, and risk assessment frameworks
Lead ETRM system integration for seamless credit risk monitoring
Work directly with senior leadership on strategic credit decisions
Build scalable processes supporting rapid business growth across upstream, midstream, and power operations
Analyze the creditworthiness of energy companies and trading counterparties
Develop and implement credit scoring models tailored to commodity markets
Integrate credit risk management with Allegro/Endur ETRM systems
Create real-time monitoring and limit management processes
Collaborate with trading, commercial, and legal teams on deal structures
Socialize credit memos autonomously, inclusive of credit limit analysis of various risk profile entities, public and private

Required

3+ years of credit risk analysis in oil & gas or energy trading
Experience with ETRM systems (Allegro, Endur) or strong technical aptitude
Advanced Excel modeling and financial statement analysis skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with process-building experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
