Compensation Specialist
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Specialist to join our client's team on a contract basis. This role will support compensation programs by analyzing market data, evaluating pay structures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Conduct compensation analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive pay practices
Assist in developing and implementing compensation strategies and guidelines
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on compensation trends and recommendations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to provide guidance on salary offers and pay equity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
2+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR function
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and presentation skills
