Responsibilities

Broadly, support for the accounting and reporting function with respect to:
Our fund of fund vehicles being administered by a TPA
Internal management entities
Personal investment vehicles maintained by firm owners
Tax reporting and compliance across various limited partnerships
Additionally, this position will provide some level of:
Support with respect to admission of new members to our funds, as well as the processing and payment of investor redemptions
Support with respect to the subscription and redemption process when our funds make investments or withdrawals/redemptions
Support of the cash management across the legal entities
Assistance with the annual audit process
Assistance with regulatory filings
Special projects on an ad hoc basis

Qualification

Fund accounting experienceAccounting degreeHedge fund experiencePrivate equity experienceCPA certification

Required

2 - 5 years of public, fund, or corporate accounting experience
Accounting degree required
Experience with hedge fund, private equity, real estate funds, or fund of fund structures

Preferred

CPA certification a plus
