Responsibilities

Collaborate with each of our manufacturing and engineering locations to strategize their recruiting, employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, onboarding, training and development and compensation and benefit processes

Continuously assess and improve HR policies to stay ahead of state and federal compliance requirements and champion change by supporting strategic HR initiatives and continuous improvement — including Lean practices

Guide and support employees and supervisors with employee relations and disciplinary matters

Responsible for supervisor training of new and existing leaders
