Program Manager-Bus. Prof.
Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Program Manager-Bus. Prof. to support their Service Entry Sheet and WO2Pay Program. The role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring program success, and facilitating communication and coordination among projects.

Responsibilities
Support will include onboarding suppliers, daily/weekly reporting, training employees and suppliers, supporting the billing platform conversion process, SharePoint management, etc
You may also oversee the coordination and completion of projects that are small to moderate in scope, risk, and organizational span, including subprojects or larger, more complex projects
Manages multiple projects and/or initiatives and orchestrates the results to achieve program success
Define and report program status, development issues and success metrics
Identifies and monitors areas of risk
Seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule
Facilitates communication and coordination among projects
Manages partner engagement and satisfaction
Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal practices improving component projects or overall program
Follows standard project management methodologies and reporting techniques
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience discussed
Analytical abilities across large, complex organizations
Experience drafting and presenting business process documentation
Power BI, SharePoint and Excel along with other technical skills
Preferred
Utility industry experience preferred
