They are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect ready to step into a leadership role to lead a team, manage client relationships, and oversee projects while having a clear path to partnership.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to lead the design development process, serving as the primary design point of contact from concept through final documentation

Serve as lead designer on all assigned projects, owning the design vision and execution

Manage the full design process and overall client experience related to design deliverables

Drive project timelines and support adherence to project budgets through disciplined design management

Lead and mentor internal design team members, ensuring quality, consistency, and deadlines are met

Conduct in-person and virtual design presentations for clients and internal stakeholders

Maintain quality control across all plans, drawings, and design documentation

Collaborate closely with operations and construction partners to ensure seamless project execution
