Director of Human Resources
Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to provide strategic and operational leadership for the District's employee lifecycle and workforce strategy. This role ensures HR initiatives are aligned with the hospital's mission while leading various HR functions and fostering an engaged culture.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the District's entire employee lifecycle and workforce strategy
Ensure that HR initiatives are fiscally responsible, legally compliant, and fully aligned with the hospital's mission and values
Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, labor relations, business partners, and total rewards
Foster a high-performing, engaged culture within a unionized, rural healthcare environment
Play a key role in labor strategy, regulatory readiness, performance improvement, and compliance with Washington State labor laws
Drive data-informed workforce solutions and maintain a survey-ready organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
5-7 years of progressive HR leadership experience
Deep understanding of Federal and Washington State employment laws and DNV accreditation standards
Preferred
Master's degree
Healthcare experience and/or experience in a unionized public sector environment
SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
