Required

Bachelor's Degree in the applied, biological, chemical, physical or agricultural sciences; OR four years of full-time experience as a Technical Farm Laborer, OR equivalent education/experience
Prior husbandry experience with livestock and working with animals
Experience safely and efficiently operating and maintaining small scale farm equipment
Must have, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver's license and meet requirements in accordance with SPPM 7.10 and departmental driving standards
Must be able to work a rotating schedule that could include weekends, after hours, and holidays as needed and directed by supervisor
This is an essential position, and the employee will be expected to report to work under conditions that other employees are not required to report to work during, such as inclement weather and during WSU suspended operations

Preferred

Experience with livestock research with ruminant animals
Experience with conducting laboratory procedures
