Business Development Representative
VirtuAlly is a pioneer in redefining virtual care, leveraging next-generation technology and compassion. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging healthcare decision-makers, and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
Prospect and identify potential customers through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and events
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest in VirtuAlly’s solutions
Research target accounts and personalize outreach based on clinical and operational challenges
Collaborate with Sales Executives to develop account strategies and hand off qualified opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records in our CRM (HubSpot)
Help build and refine outreach cadences, talk tracks, and messaging strategies
Stay up to date on trends in virtual care, healthcare staffing, and provider operations
Consistently meet activity and pipeline generation targets
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in a sales, BDR, or SDR role—preferably in healthcare, staffing, or SaaS
Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
Highly organized and process-driven with strong time management
Self-starter with a high degree of motivation and ownership
Comfortable with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
Eagerness to learn, improve, and contribute in a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Prior experience prospecting into hospitals, health systems, or IDNs
Familiarity with clinical operations, virtual care, or health tech solutions
Previous healthcare provider experience
Exposure to multi-touch, multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies
