Responsibilities
Navigate and execute temporary and permanent installations working with the Sales team, Account Managers, other Project Managers, Design Engineers, CNC Programmers, Finishing, Electronics, Fabricators, and Management
Work through design, estimating, planning, development, production, and installation phases of the project life cycle
Develop new relationships and maintain on-going relationships with clients, agencies, designers, general contractors, architects and artists
Mentor the team, remove roadblocks, and help create a clear path to getting things done through planning, process, and transforming complex requests into actionable to do's
Manage multiple projects, clients, and resources at a time
Check in with clients and look for opportunities to help and grow their business with Axiom
Qualification
Required
Years of fabrication experience
Hands-on metal fabrication/carpentry/woodworking/cabinet making experience
Experience managing the production process
Ability to demonstrate confidence and drive to succeed as Senior Project Manager
Experience working with a variety of materials (metal, plastic, wood, glass, laminate), adhesives, and finishes
Exemplary communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and resources at a time
Comfortable and confident in managing what you know how to build
Highly motivated and organized
Collaborative mindset
Commitment to project excellence and outstanding attention to detail
Familiarity with drawings, computer, email, and spreadsheets
Ability to quickly learn about unfamiliar aspects of the industry
Current local driver's license and clean driving record
Possessing a passport or Real ID for non-local travel
