Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end AI systems for document understanding, extraction, retrieval, and reasoning
Own model orchestration, evaluation, fine-tuning, and iteration for production workloads
Build scalable inference pipelines and data infrastructure for high-volume CRE documents
Translate messy real-world CRE problems into robust machine learning and LLM solutions
Qualification
Required
2–3 years building production ML / AI systems or equivalent research + applied experience
Strong experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and document processing pipelines
Ability to design full-stack AI systems from data ingestion through user-facing output
High agency, fast execution, and comfort operating in an early-stage startup
