LHH is proud to partner with a respected company in Hillsboro, OR, to bring on an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to their growing team. This role involves executing payment runs, performing monthly reconciliations, and preparing journal entries to ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities

Execute weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers) in accordance with company policies
Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements and AP aging reports to the general ledger
Prepare journal entries and accruals for outstanding invoices during month-end close
Collect and maintain vendor tax documents and assist with annual 1099 reporting

Qualification

SAP ERP systemAccounts Payable experienceAnalytical skillsProblem-solving skillsAttention to detail

Required

2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles
Proficiency in SAP ERP system
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
